An experienced executive coach specializing in developing women leaders, Cecelia understands that women leaders require the use of nuanced approaches to managing outward perceptions and expectations. She works with her clients to identify areas of focus, and they create an action- and behavior-based plan to achieve exciting goals - all while having fun along the way (despite the circumstances!).
Leader Development Workshops
Having worked in the Training & Development realm for the majority of her pre-coaching career, Cecelia understands the importance of creating evidence-based training programs that resonate with participants. Cecelia has a calming and entertaining presence that allows workshop participants to relax and enjoy the experience of learning the topic she is teaching. She meets with your team to identify areas of training need, and then she caters each workshop to your specific needs.
